The deductible is on the high side in my experience with other companies,I am satisfied with this as I have full coverage so I have peace of mind and I also have experience such great customer service.
I have had a positive customer service experience with this insurance company.Quality services and prompt help.
My premium and deductible are hundreds cheaper than most I know. I know some people paying almost 400 more biannual than we do. No plans of changing in the future!
Their policies vary but there are a variety, not much but it is there.
I honestly can't say, I have my auto insurance through my parents. My parents exclusively deal with customer service and claims.
It is very attracted rate of policy and gave more interest and many years of safety.
My deductible and cost is great. I feel like my prices and fees are pretty low. My insurance has never gone up, even when I got into an accident. I am very satisfied.

the premium is great and affordable compared to a lot on insurance companies trust me on that.
About the only thing I don't like about Geico is that they only offer auto insurance. They will provide homeowners but it is actually with a different company and not Geico. I would like to see Geico expand its own coverage to include more beyond auto insurance.
I really like the customer support of Geico, They send me emails to notify me about my policy and to get coverage it only took me 10 minutes of my time or less.
I feel that the company where I have my policy is actually fairly good with regard to policy offerings. They not only cover the state required amounts, but also way above that.
Geico is all online as far as I know. This is fine with me. I haven't had any claims with them yet so I don't know if all online would be a problem then but right now it works out fine for me.
There is nothing I dislike about Mercury. It is the best auto insurance company I've ever dealt with. I wish I had been able to obtain Mercury insurance on my previous cars.
