I'm totally satisfied with out deductible. It's a common one so the value is good, and we haven't had to adjust it since we bought the car.
They offer great reward points and system compared to others that i have had in the past. Also they will no drop your coverage if you actually need to use your insurance, like other insurances do.
The insurance keeps pushing auto insurance even though I do not have a vehicle. It is annoying and I do not like it. There customer service does not really get it.
