Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Anniston, AL | Back to Top

Recently we had a great experience with State Farm's customer service. Our car over heated and we had to get it towed and they reimbursed us.

The deductible of my car insurance company is a pretty good rate when comparing it to that of other car insurance companies out there.

The customer service is also the one I wrote about in the first question, but I will go ahead and continue on with a review for them, because that's how much I believe and trust in them.

Customer service called quite a few times, but they were alwasy polite and willing to help with whatever I needed.

Customer service called quite a few times, but they were alwasy polite and willing to help with whatever I needed.

The premium provided by this company is satisfied for me because when compared to other companies it provider higher premium.

my insurance company too good in communication level and their approach quite awesome

The premium with my current provider is much better than other local insurance providers. I find it much easier to afford my insurance having switched, as it is relatively cheap compared to my previous plan.

The money that they saved me really adds up. I have 2 vehicles insured with them and they gave me a discount for having them both with them. Their staff is courteous and tries to save you money. Very happy with them.
