Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Charleston, WV | Back to Top
The premium and deductible of my policy is at a decent range. It wouldn't cause any undue worry if something should happen to me in the future.
my car insurance customer service has always been excellent. It is super easy to get a hold of someone and get my questions answered. The people on the phone and online are always kind and helpful.
My deductible was more with progressive. I don't remember how much more, but enough that I switched over as it saved me more money each month.
I am fairly satisfied with my insurance company, however, recently I discovered that I did not have medical pay coverage as appears to be given with other insurance companies. The premium I pay to State Farm also seems high compared to other companies.
There is nothing I dislike about the company except their slightly higher premiums. I don't like their advertising though. The actor they use is annoying.
