State Farm
The car insurance policy is similar or comparable to that of the others. I am happy with it. It doesn't increase premium quickly every year.
Farm Bureau
They've let me send pictures when I needed to make a claim and couldn't drive to them, they've replaced carseats when we needed them replaced after an accident. Never any issues.
Allstate
The premium and deductible for the policy as compared to others is about the same coverage. I have been satisfied with it.
American Family Insurance
Again we umbrella our coverage so it made sense to have American Family for both home and car. Fortunately we have not had to use either but friends tell us they settle quickly when you have a claim.
American Family Insurance
Again we umbrella our coverage so it made sense to have American Family for both home and car. Fortunately we have not had to use either but friends tell us they settle quickly when you have a claim.
Erie Insurance
I think that if I shopped around, I could probably get a better premium with another company. I do get a bundle discount, because I also have home owners insurance with Erie. I feel like the value I get for the service is worth rolling the dice on a better premium with a company that might not be as responsive as Erie has been for me.
Alfa Insurance
My premium at three other companies was substantially higher. At one provider I was quoted nearly $750 more for worse coverage that didn't even include rental car or roadside assistance.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I like the online portal of my insurance company because it gives me flexibility to change anything I want.
The Hartford
The only thing that I dislike is they increased their premium slightly this year over last. It was not too great of an increase, and still well under what we paid with our other company. I just hope they don't continue increasing year over year. If that happens we will compare prices and go elsewhere.
Progressive
I can access them online or by phone. So far, I've had one towing claim and it was pretty straightforward and easy to file.
State Farm
Well I do not like having too go through all the button menus on the phone just to finally get directed to the department that may or may not be the right one.
State Farm
It was way more costly with other insurers. Also, others would not cover all vehicles on one policy. State farm did that soon as I talked to them. Our vehicles are older but well kept. State Farm understood the need to make vehicles last.
