Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Dothan, AL | Back to Top
I haven't had too bad of an experience, hopefully, they'll start deciding/charging my premiums based on my credit score and not my zip code
I'd recommend AllState's car insurance, since it, like the home insurance, offers good services and even better prices for premiums and deductibles, which more than makes up for its close-to-average offerings.
My coverage is very competitive compared to others. I have full coverage on 3 vehicles and i pay 150$ per month which is excellent. Keep in mind i have an excellent driving record.
With my experience of my two car damage and the way it was handled i highly recommend my company because all of the agreement was duly followed
My premium and deductible are affordable for my auto insurance and competitive with other companies. I probably pay more but I would not change my auto insurance at this time.
I really like the roadside assistance services State Farm provides. A couple years ago, I had a rough winter and seemed to have tire issues every other week.
Our company is better than others for our excellence of high quality products
I haven't looked at premium and deductibles for my policy so I'm not sure how they would compare to mine. I know I can go cheaper but not sure if I would get the coverage that I currently have.

The premiums are slightly higher than your average insurance which is one reason I get the bundled policies. It helps take down the cost, but is well worth the price when insurance claims are needed.
Great rates and prices for the coverage that you are getting, good customer service and easy process when you have to file a claim with them.
I usually have no problems with customer service with my insurance, the exception was when I had Hurricane Irma and a tree fell on my carport and fell on my SUV. We could not get out of our driveway because the tree blocked the entrance. I could not get through to anybody because South Florida had been harder than we did. So for three days no access to get out. Finally on the third day I was able to get through, immediately from that point on I had support and help. Rental car, and my SUV towed to the collision center. They worked on it for 6 weeks to rebuild it, and it was better than new totaling 7400.00 All I paid was the $250.00 deductible.
I researched prices and policies and this was the best deal I could find for my needs.
