This is hard to tell, because I have no clue to measure this. Honestly, unless there is some sort of real life example for the same type of incident, I don't feel qualify answering this.
I think the customer service is pretty good, from the few times I've had to deal with them. It would be nice if they didn't ask so many questions before giving assistance though.
They offer good prices for their insurance, they even offer bundles that make the insurance cost lower.
I feel that AAA is the same as any other car insurance company. You get penalized for using a service that you pay for but you're forced to have car insurance.
Great service all the way around . They have competitive pricing but your car is covered and taken care of with any issues . I truly appreciate their service.
Progressive is like the nu,ber one insurance company in the us. They are easy to deal with if you do everything online but if ouare not so up to using a computer they can be a bit challenging.
State Farm's premium prices seem high compared to other insurance companies such as All State, Nationwide, Progressive, and Geico.
The premium is comparable to everyone else in my opinion, its about $100 a month and I don't get anything back for being a safe driver or not getting in accidents, it just doesn't go up.
I like how even though the company doesn't help me, the customer service agents are always very helpful and polite
Great customer service, usually respond right on time so that's good don't really much complaints.
There was one time where I had to wait a long time on hold to talk to somebody. I also do not like if you leave their insurance plan if you are on a plan with other people, they put you on the excluded list.
This company offers no frills, just the basics.
