Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Farmington, MN | Back to Top

I do like that it's through a local, personal owned company and we know everyone that works there! We have access to our insurance cards through an app too which is super convenient. Customer support is there when we need it always!

For the moment I have not had any complaints from the company because they have always provided me with an excellent service. However some time ago I heard a bad experience of one of my cousins because their insurance agent had a bad customer service, however I consider that it is not the fault of the company only of the employee who attended him. In fact at the end of the matter he told me that said agent was reproached for that problem, which is appropriate by the company and I feel that he acted well.
