Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Fort Collins, CO | Back to Top
I would highly recommend USAA car insurance. I am satisfied with all aspects of customer service, communication, deductible and policy cost, responsiveness, and cooperation with repair companies.
I have only had to file one claim with State Farm with my automobile; it was about $500 deductible, which I ultimately did not use pay since I had only minor damage
i reccommend to my friends to use the same company for car insurance. the are very good and their prices are very fair. Allstate car and home insurance is something i reccommend a lot.
it gives more premium packs and claims givesme. i would be happy because compared to other company it gives high policies. it will be helpful to all.i really satisfiedwith they services.
they are ver affordable and the price is good. the overage i get is a good value with this company. they were cheaper then several others that i got a quote from

I think the premium and the deductible is fair. Its not too expensive every month and the deductible really is reasonable given I drive an older car and I am not an overly experienced driver. I like that I can set my billing for autopay and not have to worry about making a payment every month.

I used to live in North Dakota, where I had insurance and only paid about $27 a month and it was great insurance. Now, since moving to Minnesota, the cheapest insurance I could get was, at minimum $57 a month and that's after their "discount" which was only about a 50 cent discount. I would rate this a 3, as it's easy to pay, find and print off your car insurance details but it's more expensive than what I'm used to.
I feel that the premium is kind of expensive but that is because my daughter is on my policy and she is a female who is 21 and that makes the cost of my plan a little higher. I believe if that was not an issue it would be more affordable.
The premium I am paying is, in my opinion, a bit ridiculous. Also, I had a bad experience when using the roadside assistance because the towing company my insurance chooses to work with was unreliable.
They have great customer support. Signing up was clear and easy. Any time we have had to talk to a representative they have been friendly and helpful.
I dislike that this company is an online only company. I dislike that everything is done that way or using customer service over the phone. There are no local offices or places to go to.
My premium is a bit high, but with other companies, it was actually higher. I also paid much less before adding more people to my policy. So I question my premium cost often and research what other companies offer.
