Still charge less for insurance, but continually adding unanticipated charges, then acting all surprised when you are upset about it. It's disappointing that these companies are so greedy and think everyone has this kind of money to pay extra for stupid charges.

My company does have an app and let's you submit claims though the app on my phone. These things are nice. Also I like the fact that whenever I call customer service I am able to reach a representative and speak with someone.
