Customer service was great...as mentioned previously, when we had to use them for an accident, they expertly followed up and answered all of our questions. When the work wasn't done correctly by the bodyshop, they helped to resolve the issue and return the car to it's former glory.

Direct offers one of the least expensive policies on the market. We have only liability coverage as our car is 15 years old. We pay only $72 per month, however there are no perks such as rental car assistance. We have compared our policy to other companies and none are as cheap. We.can even take care of everything online.

I have called Customer Service at GEICO many times, and they have always been very professional and polite to me. I have called them and asked them to help me reduce my policy and they have done that two times. I have never called them that I didn't get to speak to an actual person and get the results that I called for.
