Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Gastonia, NC | Back to Top
I am pleased with my experience with the customer service of my insurance company. I have not needed to file a claim but they are polite when I call regarding our premiums.
I absolutely recommend Progressive. I even called my dad after I saw how much cheaper their rates were than what I had before. I thought there was a mistake, so I called him to talk it over with him.
I would recommend my car insurance company. They will match any price plus they are super friendly. I actually enjoy calling and talking to them!
Honestly I can speak too much about the premiums and deductibles when compared to other home insurance policies because I do not really like the process of comparing stuff between companies.
I have had a good experience with State Farm and am satisfied with their services.
I feel like there's a personal investment, and it's about keeping you and your family safe, caring for the person who is insuring their property for the agents.
They offer a wide range of policys from the minimum legal requirement to full coverage and motorcycle insurance. They will also custom build a policy if you want to go that route.
We had an accident claim when my 19 yr old son hit a telephone pole. The car was totaled, they paid to have it towed from an island on the ferry to an auto repair shop just a couple miles from our home. They paid the blue book value of the car right away. They paid for my son's doctor bill and physical therapy. They kept my son on the insurance policy after the accident and the premium was not raised! (we had good driver points)

Progressive premiums bmay be a little higher than other companies but I believe it's because they have very good coverage. Well worth the money.
All state is awesome in terms of the plans they offer. They offer multi car discounts, safe driving discounts and they also offer may as you drive fees which are great for those who don't drive much.
The company is fairly small, so the customer service isn't as overreaching since business hours are a little short. Their website though is interactive and I prefer paying the policy online through it.
