Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Houston, TX | Back to Top

My car insurance is the same as my house insurance, and I've used them more than I've used house insurance. They have been quick and very easy to work with.

Farm Bureau has the best policies and prices in our area. They have plans that have good deductibles that meet my needs.

I would definitely recommend Progressive for home insurance based on my experience with their cost, offerings, and customer service.

I dislike the company. In fact, I am now actively looking to switch.

I have nothing to dislike about USAA. Although you do have to be in the service or have a qualifying family member in the service to be able to use their products. So not everyone can utilize the services they have to offer.

GEICO's premium is pretty competitive for my location which tends to be high. I have priced my premium with other insurers and they are not able to compete with GEICO's prices.

since I am technically on a family plan, my premium is the same as my fathers' who's is very low so because of that , I get to benefit from a very low premium.

A good company that is quick to respond to my claims. I really haven't had an issue with them in the past. I like working with them.

So far there has been little to upset me. There were some initial communication issues but nothing too severe. Over all I can't complain.

We had Allstate for the last ten years or so. We were rear ended at a stop light twice and our rates were super high. No other insurance companies would even give us a quote because of the multiple accidents even though we were completely not at fault. Finally, the accidents got old enough to stop effecting us and we were able to switch companies which saved us almost $400 per month so I am very happy with Geico compared to Allstate in this regard but very unhappy that we were put into that position by no fault of our own.

I wish the bundling prices and good driver discounts were better. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, and I wish my premium reflected that.

What I hate about the company I doubt is unique to the company, more like insurance as a whole. I don't like hos expensive it is when you neevr use it. I don't liek the random increases when i'm not changing my policy. Just this month my bill went up from 118 to 180 for no reason! I live on a budget where i need to know about an increase like that before it happens so i can try to save money from somewhere else.
