I do wait a long time on the phone to connect with a representative, and once connected I am often moved around several times and have to re explain my situation before I receive the correct assistance.
Esurance
I have spent several months looking for the lowest cost rate because I did have to add my family to the plan and esurance by far always gave the lowest price for the same amount of coverage other companies.
State Farm
I get full coverage for very cheap because of my family plans and bundles. I cant get a price anywhere near what I pay from anyone else. Its actually close to double.

Metlife
I don't put very many miles on per year (5000-6000), so hopefully, I would receive some benefit from Met Life. Maybe 6,7 years ago I did have a claim (car stuck while parked) and MetLife did come through for me. Each year though, the policy does rise somewhat and they told me it was because other folks are making claims. That didn't sit too well with me. I just feel it's time for me to shop around a bit.
Progressive
Compared to other companies, the premium is very low when talking about covering ALL of your possessions. The number of events protected against is a big plus as well. The premium is worth paying.
Farmer's Insurance
The auto insurance company I have used for the past 14 years offers, uninsured, bodily, and accidental coverage options. Since, I have used the same company for so long I have not compared my coverage options against other companies in a few years. I am fairly satisfied with my current options.
Allstate
My company's policy offerings is similar to that of other companies, it's just affordable and easy to maintain.
