Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Killeen, TX | Back to Top

I called various companies. USAA is the lowest. When I got AARP I called and they still couldn't beat the price of the insurance from USAA.

I would recommend them for ease of use and adaptability. I would also have to specify that I haven't really had to use them in the sense of having to file a claim for anything.

I would recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I have already recommended them to my mother because they give discounts for elderly customers.

Their rates were a little on the higher side. I did not like that they charged a $500 deductible for each individual accident.

I wish auto insurance as an industry were more willing to take on risks beyond just collisions. I had my car broken into and none of the repairs were covered.

I have had no issues with the customer service in this department, in fact I don't think I've even had to deal with them other than when I signed up and that went just fine.

Allstate was able to keep me insured when I was dropped by previous car insurance company due to several accidents. The premium was a little higher than they wouldn't cover me.

My current premium and the deductible with my auto policy is lower for the same coverage. I am completely satisfied with my premium and adoptable.

Compared to State Farm, Safeco is much better. The rate we pay for Auto Insurance is lower with better coverage. There's really no comparison.

Compared to State Farm, Safeco is much better. The rate we pay for Auto Insurance is lower with better coverage. There's really no comparison.

I like that I can do most without having to drive down to an office and that it is cheaper than an office with an agent. I will likely keep this insurance until something worse happens.

From what I have seen, USAA offers just about everything that the other major insurers off here in Florida.

I would give my insurance company three points. They have not communicated with me since I have had the policy to review my needs. They now are also more expensive than other companies from when I first started with them

I like that I can get coverage on any car I drive under my insurance policy. I would rate it a 5 because I am always covered and it is not something that I need to worry about.

Monthly insurance costs were much more affordable than other companies who for some reason consider my car a "performance vehicle" despite the fact that is a four cylinder sedan.

Geico allows you to easily submit claims through their website, and are quick to process your claims. You can also make a claim by calling them. I have always had excellent customer support from them.

First, and foremost, the level of personal concern is stunning. I was originally reared in the midwest and this type of conduct reminds me of the "good old days" when my grandfather was the first agent for State Farm in Illinois. Horace Mann exemplifies the meaning of customer service, provides wise guidance for coordinating multi-line coverages and saves us a lot of money each year.

The prices seem to be going up significantly, even though my driving record hasn't had any tickets, etc. in 10 years. The prices are going to force me to go look elsewhere for cheaper insurance.

I like that they have strong coverage and are able to help me whenever I need it. They offer good discounts and good prices for the area.
