These are both comparable to other companies I have used. I have tried out lots of different companies and am completely happy with the premium and deductible I have now.

I would rate State Farm a 3. I am happy with my auto insurance and the price. I am not happy that I cannot bundle my insurance because State Farm does not offer flood insurance in my area. The price for home owners insurance is also very expensive.

Given that I work in insurance and my agency controls my account; there is nothing bad that I can recall regarding my insurance.

I disliked some of the reviews customers of the company whether current or previous, about how the claims process went.

My auto insurer has a steep premium compared to other local companies, all worth it in the end because of the personal service I recieve.

The premium is very good. I have shopped around for other prices and nothing compares. What I get for the money is very reliable and worth it. I like the premium that I pay.

My policy USED to provide a dedicated person to work with me on claims -- it's kind of gone hill in the last few years, and I am currently shopping for new insurance to see if I can get better prices elsewhere. Other than that, the best part of this policy is the ease of use and the lack of increase in rates.

I like their affordable rates and their willingness to help out in an emergency
