Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Macon, GA | Back to Top
Geico has amazing customer service, every time I've talked with customer service on the phone it was always a pleasant experience for me.
I do shop for my insurance every couple of years. I always keep my comp and deductibles the same and if the premium is less I will switch companies. SO far this one has been competitive
The premium and deductible we have on our policy goes by the percentage cost of the entire damage cost. Other companies have a flat deductible fee of $2000 no matter what.
The minimum policy in my car insurance is great and all but its not the best way to include all ideas with sprculaionns
When judging policies and companies, it just makes sense to take a cheaper company that competes with the others in offerings and price.
My insurance offers the same as other insurances do. It has comparable coverage but at a much cheaper price. I do not feel like I am getting ripped off.
I would recommend it because like I said their are other companies that may not be as good.Although their maybe a few that some would say is better.
Liberty Mutual offered a more affordable compared to the other insurance companies that I have researched for the same coverage. Some have a slight difference while some have a big difference in price.
Since this insurance was part of my company's system, they knew the prices and special products that were available to me. However, their prices are now higher and out of my reach.
Geico has shown me that they can operate efficiently without having me constantly call them to get things done, like renewing a policy, making a payment, and interacting with my bank on the rare occasion.
What I do not like about this insurance company is that I feel like the coverage isn't very good compared to other insurance companies, and I sometimes don't feel like the company is very accessible.
Everything has been very positive. There has been no negative incidents. It has been great.
