Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in New Orleans, LA | Back to Top

The overall deductible I feel is average. I do not like that we have a $250 deductible to fix a rock chip in the windshield when other companies provide this as a complimentary service.

i wood like to refer the friends and relative to join the insurance company

As this is the same as the house insurance the rates are on par if not better than everyone else's. I have zero complaints here.

Premiums and Deductibles from State farm are more expensive than the rest but they make up for it by being one of the most popular companies.

I really don't have any complaints about the company. I am a long time customer and haven't had any major issues.

I never hear from my insurance company unless it's to send me my bill. Their communication is poor.

I really like my local insurance agent and being able to reach out to them instead of calling an 800 number. They also have a very useful and easy to use app. The cost is average but better than our old company with more services available.

I pay much less with this company. I'm confident I can pay even less and think they will help with my policy adjustments.

The customer service at this company is great. I can call anytime with questions. One point in time a customer service rep spend about an hour with me checking to see what kind of discounts I might receive and offered my suggestions on ways I could lower my bill and what facts help to figure my current payments.

My insurance seems to keep increasing, although my driving record is still without any problems. Compared to someone like State Farm I have a better rate, although going with someone like Geico or a lower level insurance company my premiums might be less, but the coverage seems more questionable. I like the middle of the road. The safer path.
