Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in North Richland Hills, TX | Back to Top
I rate Geico as a 5 regarding their policy offerings as compared to other insurance providers. I'm very satisfied with the policy I have and feel I have a lot of control over what I can choose from those offerings.
they are expensive.Deductibles can be high, however they usually pay out for small accidents with very little hassle. They don't try to blame you unless you are obviously at fault.
I am extremely satisfied with USAA as they are very easy to deal with if a problem were to occur. Their staff is friendly and responsive.
I went from Geico to State Farm because of a massive increase in my premium. I had no claims, and no change to my driving history. (no tickets in over 5 years. I am happy with State Farm, but have not had to really deal with their customer service as I still have no claims/changes to my driving history. I do like that I am able to go online and make changes if necessary. I do have an agent that I can email with questions or concerns.
I have Progressive which I believe is a pretty popular company. The customer service is great.
There isn't anything I don't like about this company. They're amazing and I have nothing but good words to say, but if I had to pick something it would be faster claims and more help on the claims process
