Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Odessa, TX | Back to Top
My experience with USAA, as stated above, has been spectacular. I always feel cared for and respected when I speak to them and feel no anxiety about dealing with insurance.
I would and I actually have. This place is easy going the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I've even added a coworker as a driver on my insurance. It helped lower my rate.
I have used Progressive Insurance policies for claims and adjustments multiple times since I've had them and they always seem to do a really good job
They cover our very, very few claims without problems or questions. However had you asked the same question when our current adult sons were teenagers, not sure we would rank State Farm so high.
Compared to other companies we have a low deductible and premium for how much we pay each month. We were able to chose what we wanted and what seemed fair to us as the customers.
Our deductible is comparable to other companies that offer the same services. We don't have the lowest deductible but it isn't very high either.
Companies change their plans all the time. Also depends on your driving history so i cant say one is better than other.

The interaction with my insurance company is perfect. My one claim they always asked if i was ok, anyone else was ok. My claim was processed quickly and with no issues.
So far I do not have any kind of complaints I like it a lot and until now I would not exchange it for any other company
USAA works exclusively with military and veterans so understands the way life can be. Their hours always reflect this and I have never had an issue getting hold of an agent nor have I had a negative customer service experience
My Insurance company has great customer support, they are very fast and accurate, If anything I do not like it would have to be waiting on the phone after being put on hold.
When we checked around the premium seemed to be better than other companies we checked with so I am pretty satisfied with the premiums compared to other companies
I can always get in touch with someone at the company if needed, and they usually can answer my questions. However, sometimes there is an excessively long wait on phone calls; they also take some time to respond to e-mails. All considered, I am mostly pretty satisfied with the interaction with customer support.
I like they are well known and there is brand recognition. Their rates are good the first year and suck after that.
The company works hard to make sure that I am given what I need. I like that they have good prices and they also do not try to trick people into getting more than they need.
