Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Orange, CA | Back to Top

Overall I am satisfied with Geico insurance company. They handled my claim well and come back with the cheaper premiums comparing with other insurance companies.

The coverage is broader with respect to what other insurers offered me, and a cheaper price for the competencies, with a greater range of coverage.

I would recommend my insurance to my friends and family because my insurance company is very good and they make sure that they take care of there clients the staff is very polite is easy to talk.

It is the same as my home insurance. Unresponsive support team and coverage that is completely unreliable. Not a good service.

I have found Geico is consistently cheaper than others, on average. But if you're looking for specific coverage options, others may have what you need.

Horace Mann provides me with excellent service. We have only had to file two claims, and both times were positive experiences. My agent is outstanding and is great to communicate with me.

The only thing I dislike about the company is their state to state policy. Geico in each state varies so if you are commuting or living in two places at once it can get confusing but it might be like this for any provdider, i'm not sure.

My insurance company does have good customer support and accessibility. When you call them there is always a person talk to quickly. I have never had to wait long at all. Every time I have called they have always been able to answer my questions as needed.

Wawanesa's premiums are much cheaper than other companies at the same amount of coverage.

I like that they partner with my husband's employer so that they can automatically deduct the premium from his paycheck without us having to pay a bill.

I don't really need to interact with a person and can clearly and easily do what needs to be done online/on the app. When I need to have support though of a person, they've always been easy to get ahold of and helpful.

The 6-month teaser rate while great at first, and allowed a minimal down payment, went up significantly at the renewal.

The price is perfect and for the services its great.

I dislike that when my coverage renews they do not send me a new card in the mail so I have to print it
