Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Philadelphia, PA | Back to Top

Our car insurance premium is lower than a few other agencies wanted to charge, and they didn't offer the rental car or towing features. We have a mid range deductible by our choosing.

Before I decided on Progressive, I had shopped around other insurers, but ended up with Progressive because they were the cheaper option.

Although, I did look at other auto insurance providers I liked the way the company has been around, and I have used them in the past.

I would completely recommend State Farm in any capacity. They are responsive and customer oriented. They have a great level of coverage at a low premium and deductible.

My deductible is a standard amount for my coverage. I am nominally satisfied as my needs are not very extensive.

We have benefited from the good-driver discount and our agent has been informative in clarifying and helping us set the optimal coverage levels for our situation.

While considering about car insurance company Esurance insurance provide a good service for their customers.

I think our deductible is pretty standard in the industry, I want to say it's $500. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's comparable to the previous policy that I held.

There is ease of use with Progressive. Also, they are willing to work with cases that other companies may turn down. They also have good customer service in my personal experiences with them.

I was nervous at first to go with a less well known insurance company. However, there rates are very competitive and their coverage is comparable to some of the larger companies out there. I have not had to file a claim quite yet so I do not know how that process goes at this time.

I really like having a local office that I can visit and see the people eye-to-eye when there is a problem or need for change in coverage.

My company has a local office and a website. I like that they have a local office because they can help you with any of your needs, and they do it quickly and promptly. Websites are great, but I like talking to real people.

I enjoy the fact that my agent is local. I can stop in her office any time to review and/or make changes to my policy,

I pay over a hundred dollars for liability only. My vehicle is also a 2001 model which makes it over 17 years old. This seems to be quite high for insurance for liability only and for such an old vehicle.

Their customer service and the price is excellent
