Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Pittsburgh, PA | Back to Top
My car insurance company Progressive car Insurance is having affordable and reasonable premiums and less deductibles than other car insurance companies.
I like that I can cover all ofmy vehices and not go broke in the process. They offer pretty much the same other places around OK.
Lowest premiums in the business, and adequate coverage. Nothing on the market is competitive and until they give us reason to believe that arent capable they are a nobrainer.
I think most policies are the same across the board. The Hartford does not have the whole care replacement policy
Our insurance coverage is pretty much on par with other agencies. One bonus is that with Allstate, our premium can decline in the accident free years.
Their customer service is great compared to most others I have been with in the past.
They were empathetic and understood the importance of me getting my vehivle fixed and back in a timely manner. The customer service rep walked me through everything I needed to do.
I do not think my current provider offers anything different compared to other insurance companies. My car policy is pretty much the same as offered by other companies.
I have found that AllState seems to offer more in the way of discounts than other companies. They offer multi-policy discounts, good driving record discounts and such as that. I haven't found that with other companies.
The company has several packages to choose from and they really work with you to help you decide which package is best for you.
They provide great customer support and I am always able to get in contact with them when need be. I am very satisfied with their accessibility and customer service.
This will be hard to get into 20 words as there is nothing to say negative about them at this time as I've not used the service to this point. Well I guess it wasn't so hard after all.
I am completely satisfied with the ease of access to my agent's office, but I have rarely had occasion to go there as I can easily communicate with them by phone or email. I can also access the Farmers website, but generally I prefer to speak directly with my agent or his assistant. I have found nothing to "dislike" and I have been with Farmers and this agent since 1986.
I haven't shopped for auto insurance in 10 years, I have no idea what other premiums there are. My premiums have gone up by 20% in the past 2 years with no change in location or milage, however, so it may be time for me to start shopping around.
