The policy offerings that GEICO offers are comparable to other insurance providers. I would not say that they offer something "exclusive" except they don't try to squeeze you once you start using the "offerings".
We have been in one accident since being with USAA but was not at fault. There is no reason to complain.
They offer everything any other company does, but we had the ability to customize our plan online. It was so easy.
Insurance is pretty much all the same. State Farm offers better discounts for home/auto and multi-car. They were the lowest available in my area.
I've been with USAA for going on 20 years. They don't fool around. On claims they feel genuinely concerned, and get things covered as quickly as possible. I don't feel like I need to shop around, that's been nice. The friendliest customer service ever, I've actually called managers to compliment. I've never done that anywhere else.
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the company except maybe the price but all the prices seem high to me. The service is good.

I like that Progressive auto insurance offers the lowest rate for my area, back ground, qualifications, and financial means.
I love how Essurance allows you to do everything online or through the app. I also have the DriveSense app that allows for a discount for good behavior. I have never had any issues with the service.
I like that they are friendly and show that they care. They handle everything very quickly and explain everything very well.
I was paying about $80/mo with State Farm for many years. I retired in 2015 and only drive within a 5-10 mile radius of my home 3-4 days a week. Last month I switched to Metromile. My first bill was for $38......I am thrilled!!!
Overall I like the companies customer service. I like the way I can get help on my terms. I can chat to get help. I especially like this because I don't like talking to people face to face or in person.
