The other companies were not as good with it. The one I chose was the best one and I am a big fan of it to be honest.
The deductible is the same, and we have paid enough into where it is negligible now. We have had a claim that covered it, and it's worked out fine for us.
I truly enjoy that progressive has been constantly making their platform more readily accessible to consumers. Getting quotes are easy enough and now filing a claim can be handled all from the app. While I've never had to use the app for a claim, I know that all I have to do is open it up and everything will be taken care of from that point.
State Farm is a great company you will receive discounts on your car insurance the longer you are with them and have not had any accidents. They are very easy to deal with if you do regardless if you are at fault or not and your rates are not raised.
To summarize, I do appreciate USAA. Their customer support and roadside assistance has been helpful. Their premiums are affordable. I like their policy coverage
The interactions are okay. They respond to phone calls an emails fairly quickly. However they don't always answer the questions I actually asked during their responses.
The coverage I have on these policies are significantly less than I'd had if I'd stayed with my previous insurer. I priced several different providers, and this was by far the best rate. I have two financed vehicles and needed the maximum amount of insurance available, as well as basic insurance coverage for another used vehicle that I won. Even with the maximum coverage, the premiums were still cheaper than the competitors.
I've been a AAA Member for the last 15 years and have yet to find something I dislike. Maybe, the policy cost could be lowered but I also understand the cost of running a service oriented business can run high.
