Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Redmond, WA | Back to Top

The customer service I have received has been ok. In some instances they've taken long to respond to a question.

We have a multi car discount on our plan that does not short on BI or UM. Everytime we have made a claim, the issues have been quickly resolved without any major disputes with our insurance.

I think the premium is a bit high actually. I don't feel like it has gone down much, given the many years I have been a customer. It would be nice if there were more loyalty discounts.

My annual premium fee is $1200 with $20000 deductible. It might not be the best offer but overall I am satisfied with Farmers.

I feel my premium/deductable is standard for car insurance and may even be on the low side which is great.

I would recommend geico for there customer service needs and also how helpful they are when you need something, Low premium costs and low out of pocket costs on everything.

Progressive is great! They've always been quite easy to work with. I've submitted multiple claims through them previously without any hassle.

Our experience with car insurance is the same as with our house insurance. We have never had any issues and have always been met with professionalism and friendliness.

I have not had to speak to anyone with the company, but they were quick to respond to my emails. I like that they offer automatic renewals and are very open and forthcoming prior to the renewal date so that I know how much I will be charged every six months. Adding a new car on was also very easy.

All insurance companies are expensive which is how the owners are able to afford such extravagant lifestyles. It's unfortunate that so many poor people are taken advantage by the influence of our government on the consumer.

The premium keeps going up annually, though no claims are being made and everything is on autopay without issue. I understand costs rising with inflation and such, but now they're just barely cheaper than other offerings.
