Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in San Diego, CA | Back to Top

I am completely satisfied with my car insurance premium. Over the last 4 years while my wife was in nursing school and working full time, she had 2 car accidents.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this insurance company, including when I needed to make a claim, what more could anyone ask for.

I have usually found that policy offerings do not vary much from company to company. The best ideal expenditure is usually the deciding factor.

I recommend this company for new drivers who have little to no accident history. Their good driver incentives program really knocks a lot off your rate and is worth trying for.

I do wish it was lower, especially with how many insurances I have through this company. I have yet to reach the point where I feel the need to look to other insurances for a cheaper price so I am still satisfied.

The policy offerings seem commensurate to what is offered by other car insurance companies.I have been with my car insurance at State Farm for over 20 years, so I admit I have not gone back in.

I would rate this a 4. Overall we are satisfied with the coverage, but have not had to go through a claims process so could not rate it a 5.

The customer service was good. They gave me every discount available and brought my price down a lot. They went through a variety of questions just to determine what savings I would be able to get.

They are a quality insurance and yes I would recommend them. My one gripe is they are a little expensive but they are a high quality insurance so you're going to pay for what you get.

Great and easy to understand. I was completly happy with my service. I have never had an accident.

Great and easy to understand. I was completly happy with my service. I have never had an accident.

I like the accessability, road side assistance, low rate and customer service. It was easy to sign up and easy to pay monthly.

My prium isn't so bad. But it is more than I would like. Why is everything so expensive.

It's been a while since I tried to view my policy online. At that time, I could only view it. I would have liked to look at options so I could add or remove coverage as needed rather than having to talk to someone on the phone or go into their office.

The phone app sometimes is slow when I want to look up my policy. I also cannot make any changes on my own

I'm going to keep it a buck fifty with you chief I'm not entirely sure what a premium is. I don't believe I'm the sharpest knife in the draw but I'm doing my best here.

My current insurance company does have better client to broker relationships and there is more of a communication of updates on my policy thru emails and phone calls that my broker does.

It's easy to reach a customer agent, but reaching their roadside assistance takes a while. They have a good app and live online agents you can chat with that seem pretty smart.

My auto insurance covers probably the same things that others do: Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Medical Expenses, Comprehensive, Collision. It offers a discount if it is bundled with my homeowner's which is nice. It also offers multiple cars discount which helps.

I really have no complaints thus far. I have never filed a claim so I can't speak on that part of the business.

It's easy to access online and cheaper. I can get rental reimbursement.

The premiums are high, albeit justifiable. I would like comprehensive coverage to be significantly less than it is, premium wise. And PIP should not be represented as a need if your medical insurance provides coverage for auto-related medical emergencies.

It has a reasonable price and easy to manage policy online
