Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Springfield, IL | Back to Top
The deductible is good. So far I haven't had to pay a deductible for anything I've needed (e.g., windshield crack repair, road side assistance)
Their customer service has been great. I can call and talk with my agent about my policy and issues at any time.
Our premium and deductible are fair enough. State Farm has always explained pros and cons of changing deductibles etc. I do feel that they have pressured us into higher rates and lower deductibles.
We got all the same from our previous company but at a much lower price. Verry happy, but have not had to use them yet
We got all the same from our previous company but at a much lower price. Verry happy, but have not had to use them yet
My premium with Geico was over 260 dollars per month compared to my current rate of 140 monthly with State Farm. I have the same coverage as before PLUS road side assistance if necessary. I believe this is a fair rate or my coverage
Honestly there is noting I don't like about State Farm, I have had them for 40+ years and I have checked around at different points for different insurance but I never leave them.
Our insurance company has great customer support. They are very friendly and will answer all of your questions if they can. They usually take care of anything in 24hrs.
My company has the best insurance policy compared to the ones available to me. This is why i chose them over others
They rate about the same really. State Farm tends to give more discounts the longer you stay a customer. All State would be nice to have but is just way too expensive.
I really do not like anything about Farmer's insurance. I feel they are just as bad as any of the other big insurance companies
I am satisfied with this premium compared to other insurance companies because it offers me more discounts. It offers me some discounts based on my driving history and affiliation with a professional organization.
