Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Tuscaloosa, AL | Back to Top

They have been great so a 5. I really don't have much to compare to, but I have liked them since I started using them 10 years ago.

Allstate is your typical insurance company that offers all kinds of coverages. They also offer other types of insurance so you can bundle. They offer a diminishing deductible every year that you don't have an accident.

Policy is at least $40 a month cheaper than other companies while saving me money also. This saves me almost $500 a year.

Allstates accident forgivendd, and the discounts for good recored has helped me a lot. They also were able to add my daughter and it dd inot raise the premium all that much.

I love it alot they cover a lot from crash cars to letting borrow a car for an emergency

My insurance company offers several different policies that you can choose from. They offer the bottom line policy that doesn't cover much to the top of the line policy that covers a lot.

We have more coverage, including an umbrella policy, for less money, both deducible and premiums. The customer service is head and shoulders above state farm too!

They have always answered my questions, been very polite, and I have always had a good experience when talking with their customer service department.

They have always answered my questions, been very polite, and I have always had a good experience when talking with their customer service department.

I have rarely needed customer service, but am completely dissatisfied with it. The times I have called it has been to ask questions that could not be answered online, and I could not reach a knowledgeable person that was able to assist me.

Esurance has all of the benefits and offerings of other companies. They are very competitive and their rates are very good.

Customer Service Agent is responsive. Managed information on my account rapidly. Agent always got answers quickly and followed up if more information was needed

What I like about my insurance company's customer support is the availability, and their ability to generate answers very quickly. Those are the most important attributes to myself.

It was virtually the same as our previous insurance, State Farm, for significantly less. We have very high coverage.

The coverage is not as good as some other provider's but the cost is cheaper than most.
