I feel like this company offers many policy options, and overall I am very satisfied.

I feel they offer just enough but nothing really extra, I mean there is a few incentives to help your rates go down, But I dont think it is anything special really.

Allstate is a great insurance company. I had the absolute easiest experience ever signing up for them. My agent is easy to reach by phone. I called him and gave him my information.

The premium for the car was surprisingly low, but I am sure that is because I combined insurance with my home. The deductible is also at a price that I really can't complain about.

their premium is cheap that is the reason I choose the plan. I don't want to waste too much on something that I may be not need.

I give it a 3 because the customer service could be a little more patient with customers and could be a little more professional on the phone.

The car insurance coverage is excellent we have Triple AAA coverage built into our coverage with a little extra premium paid each month. This can put someone at ease whenever they have to take a long road trip.

THe only service i have used is getting towed to a gas station for maintenance. It only took 20 minutes for a tow truck to arrive and it was included in my insurance.

The company is in a small town and super friendly. I love that they try to help us in any way that they can.

Geico is cheaper on average. So, you get more coverage for less money. It's the only reason to go with Geico in my opinion.

My insurance company offers excellent customer service, a very good amount of resources or means of communication and a large portfolio of possibilities.

I like that the accessibility is not an obstacle since this company allows to establish communication between the client and the company through the application web page and the attention to the client is very good

The cost could always be lower, of course. My car insurance premium is almost exactly half of my car payment each month, and my homeowner's cost has gone up as well.

The only downfall to mercury is not having a local agent but even that is not that big of a deal for me because I can reach them 24/7 by phone or chat
