Latest Auto Insurance Reviews in Wheaton, IL | Back to Top

We haven't dealt with my car insurance company's customer service yet as we were able to get our insurance online with minimal engagement, but if you'd consider that part of the deal then it went very well.

The premium is higher than some of the other auto insurance companies I have had in the past. There is an option to keep the deductible lower with a monthly premium which I chose to waive.

I have only filed one minor claim in the 20 years I have been insured with them, and the customer service was as expected. It was ok, but nothing special.

my car insurance company policy offerings compared to other insurance providers is comparable. they offer almost every possible option, even on things i have not thout about.

My rates have skyrocketed recently. It's really not with the money or aggravation anymore.

The overall deductible I feel is average. I do not like that we have a $250 deductible to fix a rock chip in the windshield when other companies provide this as a complimentary service.

In this case the premium was a little higher but i stayed mainly because of the customer service.

I am completely satisfied with the company offerings from home to auto insurance and all the bundle offerings. The car insurance policy offering is great for windshield damage and liability.

Our premium is a good price since we have our home and auto insurance combined along with other discounts that we qualify for.
