USAA has so many options to customize coverage. They offer tow assistance, rental cars, and you can report accidents on the app. I haven't seen any other company that I looked at offer as much as they do.
I was able to talk to an agent and describe my needs and he tailored my policy to those specific needs. My policy is exactly what I wanted and the discounts and perks I receive make it worthwhile.
I have great coverage with Progressive, but it is definitely expensive. I recently added my 16 year old son to my policy and it raised to 4 times the premium I was paying before adding him.
Other insurance companies with the same coverage are usually priced higher. They have a higher deductible and the yearly contract is higher.
As far as anything that I dislike about the company is probably the cost of insurance overall but I think that goes for most companies. It is something you have to have so I'd rather have this good service than to pay this much and have horrible service.
With state farm, I'm at a $500 deductible, and i think that's pretty standard among all insurance. Compared to others, I pay roughly the same as any other person my demographic.
I wish I can change my coverage on their app. I cant make any changes, I can only view
I think that there should be more discounts especially if a person has been with a company and has not has any accidents. There should be military discounts given also.
Our insurance company offers pretty much the same things as other providers.
The cost of the premium, but that would be with an insurance company. They did take a long time to settle a claim from an accident and not much information from them on the progress of the claim or the result. I did have to look it up myself, but all the info was there.
low rates, good service
