Our deductible is right up there with the rest of the companies, but we have never had to file a claim.

I have had good experience with Progressive customer service. I have not had any billing issues therefore that is good but i have ad contact in them when first planning on switching from Geico to Progressive.

I would expect that other insurance companies also have good service compared to my as stated above. Unless it is a very small start up insurance company or so. Email, chat, 800 number etc.

THey do raise rates annually with no justification. When I challenged them they would only lower the new premiums for less coverage which was not great. THe whole industry is a scam like this though.

Although I do not want to pay any premium, guess it is the price you pay to drive. Not sure how our premium compares, but we have two teenage boys on our policy, so expect to pay more than if just the two adult parents. Will look around at different options with our current agent once teenage boys are on their own adult policy.

In order to receive the same coverage I have I would have to pay almost double of what I am paying with Farm Bureau.

Never had to call and question anything so I am unable to answer this question. I don't think any issues would occur if I were to call but that's an assumption

My car insurance offers me the basic coverage I need. I have not had anything unique really. But I am satisfied with it's offerings.

I believe there are adequate options provided. I've been with Progressive for over 10 years so I receive some loyalty discounts. I've also bundled homeowners insurance with them so it is a better deal for me.

I love the customer service. They are accessible to me at any time. They are sweet an so helpful. I wouldn't want any other company.
